Sunny Adventures Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Sunny Adventures! We are thrilled to have you join us on our exciting tours. Before you embark on your adventure, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following:
1. Booking and Payment:
To secure your reservation, full payment is required 45 days prior to the start date.
All prices are quoted including applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If you wish to cancel your tour, please notify us by email.
b. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus 5% bank fees
c. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the tour start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fees.
- Refunds are made to the original source of payment only
e. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for any refund.
f. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for any refund.3. Changes and Amendments:
a. If you wish to make changes or amendments to your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
b. Changes requested more than 30 days prior to the tour start date will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
c. Changes requested within 30 days of the tour start date may not be possible due to logistical constraints.4. Tour Itinerary:
a. While we strive to adhere to our published itineraries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or force majeure events may require itinerary changes.
b. In such cases, we will make all efforts to provide alternative arrangements of equal value and quality.5. Health and Safety:
a. Participants must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in their chosen tour activities.
b. Participants should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.6. Travel Insurance:
a. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.7. Feedback:
We value your trust in Sunny Adventures and appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns you may have had during your tour experience. Our commitment is to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied, having had an enjoyable journey with us.
Therefore, we recommend you to communicate any complaints or concerns directly with our team members during your tour. You will find your guide, Tour manager & destination manager contacts in your pre departure file provided. Please feel free to contact them via whats app or call anytime if needed.
Complaints made after the tour ends will be considered as valuable constructive feedback only as we may have not had the chance to fix your concern during the tour.
- Liability:
a. Sunny Adventures shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience caused during the course of the tour unless directly attributable to negligence on our part.
- Privacy Policy:
a: Sunny Adventures respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
